Who are we?
--Silent Memories is a semi-literate to literate non-canon Twilight roleplaying community. I have found that canon roleplays with such a popular series are difficult because not everyone always feel involved with the plot. For this reason, no canons will be available on this site.
When are we?
--We are set during the present year of 2011. The story plotline will follow real time events (this includes seasons, holidays, ect.) Some holidays and such may be extended due to site-wide events or plot purposes.
So, what's the plot if there are no canons?
--Well, technically there will always be canons in a Twilight rpg world, but no one will play them. Here is what happened in OUR world:

Life was as written by Meyer until the final battle against Victoria. Instead of Jacob opting in at the end of the fight, he remained behind with Bella and Edward. When Victoria showed on the terrain to kill Bella, both aided in Ms. Swan's protection. It wasn't until a fatal miscalculation on Jacob's part, that the entire world changed.
Thinking he could be the knight in shining armor he always wanted to be, he had attacked Victoria from the back while her focus was on Edward. His canine teeth tore into her porcelain skin, pinning her to the ground. In desperation, Victoria's fangs pierced the shapeshifters skin and sent him ill to the ground. Knowing the consequence of what just happened, Bella ran to his side...making the idle mistake of becoming vulnerable.
Before Edward could shield her from the blow, Victoria took Bella's fragile frame and threw it hard against the sharp rocks, bones breaking almost on command. Ribs shattered and unable to move, Bella called out one last time to Edward.
In his fury at hearing his love's dying words, he easily tore Victoria's head from the body, causing her to crumble into hundreds of clattered pieces. Running to Bella's side, he heard her whisper the last words she would say if he didn't act immediately.
"I love you, Edward."
Muttering back a harsh strain of curses, he finally did the inevitable. His teeth sank gently into her neck...biting her with as little vigor as he could. The surge of human blood through this body caused him to tremble, but he knew he had to drink a bit more in order for her to survive. The world went black for Bella as he withdrew his fangs from her. All at once, he heard her screams of agony...felt her pain as if it were his own.
"I love you too, Bella."
That was it. Bella had been changed and the treaty had been broken. Life was crumbling for one Edward Cullen as he tried to restrain the frenzy from Bella's blood in his veins. It wasn't long before the others arrived, bringing what they thought good news of their defeat. But, as Edward sat with blood running down his chin and a screaming Bella in his lap...they instantly knew different.
Almost immediately, the war began as the wolves attacked the Cullen clan. Edward did all he could to continue to protect Bella, and in his anger and rage at what just happened, he bit another wolf...sending the deadly venom into their blood stream. When the wolves gained knowledge of their two fallen comrades, they retreated...leaving the Cullens on their own.
Within days, the Cullen clan and many of the Quileute wolves had disappeared. Unrest settled in the small town of Forks for 5 years to come, but finally by 2011 the Cullens, Blacks, and Swans were names to be forgotten...but anyone in the vampire or shapeshifter community still knew of the treaty that had been broken.
War is waging between vampires and shapeshifters.
Who are these children of the moon, and are they hostile?
Will the humans finally link the clues of the supernatural world?
It's all up to you.
Choose which side you'll fight for and make your best stance.
The last man standing will be the only victor.
