It was cold that night. The moon wasn't full but it's rays were bright and not shy tonight. It was in the shape of a crescent. The same as her necklace. The one her father gave her before he died. The smell of freshly planted flowers overwhelmed her. The moon lit up the whole graveyard. Lily didn't like graveyards. Too much sadness for her. Being who she was, her senses were all too sensitive for that kind of atmosphere. She knew Washington's weather was always changing. It couldn't make up it's mind on whether it wanted winter or summer. But even with chilly weather, it didn't bother her. She was her own personal heater. And with her petite figure it didn't take much to keep her warm. Today was the one year anniversary of her father's death. She was heartbroken when her mother told her what happened. At least her side of the story anyways. She still doesn't fully know how he died. He had left La Push, their home at the time, and claimed it was business. Her mother told her he had an "accident". But Lily knew there was more to it. He was a werewolf like her. It would take a lot more than just an "accident" to bring down her father. She figured it was a vampire attack. But she didn't even know where he went. He refused to tell anyone, or at least Lily, which was odd even for him. He must of not of known or he wouldn't of left. She was a daddy's girl and her father would never do that to her without telling her. As Lily walked through the iron gates, a shiver ran down her spine. Even though they did not have a body to bring back, they still had a marker for him. It may be empty but she knew if she visited her father would know. An overwhelming feeling of sadness and heartbreak took over as she started to cry. The last year was hard on her. Transforming every full moon, school, and currently work. It was all too much without her father. She was thankful that she had her mom and uncle. If it wasn't for her support and his teachings, she would be lost. Sitting on her knee's in front of the marker she wept. Laying her purple knee-length dress neatly on the grass. She missed him so much it hurt. She softly cried in her hands, the moonlight being the only brightest light around. All she could do was think of the memories she had with him. "I miss you daddy." she said softly, touching the marker with her fingers. TAG!? SEAN and OPEN. Sean was exhausted, he always was lately. The problem was, rest didn't seem to be an option for him. He couldn't fall asleep. Something beyond his control refused to allow the shifter to go to bed, even though he desperately wanted to. It had been the third night in a row; Sean seemed to have passed out in school that day, his neighbor had to pick him up and drive him home, but he wasn't passed out, he was awake. His eyelids just couldn't handle being open anymore. It was almost impossible to pry them apart. Sean was miserable, he was almost in a dead state while playing with Oliver; it was almost like the little baby knew that something was going on, making noises as if trying to ask a question, such as "Why are you tired and not as active playing with me?" Sean was tempted to go piss someone off just to get knocked out so he could fall asleep... oh right, shifter. It's kind of hard to get even hurt by anybody. He was just laying on his bed, not even attempting to fall asleep. What was the point? It wasn't like it was going to happen. There had to be something to do. Sean sighed and decided to take another walk as he did two nights before; he met another shifter who was in the Quilueute Pack, which his grandfather was in. Sean was still dumbfounded by the fact that this other shifter wanted him to introduce himself to the pack... he wasn't sure if that was a good idea. But there are worse ideas, right? "Time to kill some hours," Sean thought, then getting up and looking towards the crib with the sleeping baby.
He hesitated, sure, nothing happened the first time he went out, but that was last time. He'd never forgive himself if the baby so much as cried when he wasn't around. The shifter shook his head, promising himself his younger brother would be fine without him. Sean gently picked up and moved Oliver's crib with the baby inside into his older brother's room. He trotted out of the house, making sure to lock it behind him. Sean hated the fact that he found it necessary to spend the night out in the forest of La Push. But, maybe it'd wear him out and get him back in his correct sleeping schedule. As he walked into the swarm of trees, he smelled something.. well, someone. Sean's nose was far too capable for its own good. It smelled like his kind, a shifter... but at the same time it smelled so distinctly different. Sean was perplexed, not at all sure what who he was detecting. He walked towards the scent, leading him to a blond girl, alone. She looked very sweet and innocent... she couldn't be a shifter, right? Most had their own vibe that says "Oh, yeah. Definite shifter." Then, the girl said, "I miss you daddy." Sean obviously knew she was mourning in some way. He debated confronting her.. but he didn't think he was good with people, so being a supporter for this girl would most likely be difficult. But, clearly she needed it... Sean denied all help from pretty much everybody and it almost completely changed him, even he knew that. He slowly walked over to the girl, took a deep breath in and out, and slowly said, "Uhm.. excuse me.. are you okay?"

Her guard was down, not thinking there was anything to be worried about. She was in a vulnerable state and didn't pay much attention to what was going on around here. Her full attention was on her grief and her father. It hadn't been the same without her. Sometimes it would feel like her heart was being ripped out slowly, being tugged and pulled with great force. Her breath was slightly irregular and her face was shiny and wet from the water works. The more she thought about it, the more she cried. Often feeling lost and confused, she would sit there at her fathers marker and talk to him as if he could respond. One day he did which in a way freaked Lily out but after that she felt comforted by the thought that her father was listening. She was talking to him, telling him everything that was happening, everything she was feeling. It was a still night that night, no breeze and a cool steady temperature. She had let everything out and with that a huge gust of wind swept through her. There was no wind before that and it had only lasted a few seconds. And the weird thing was, was that it was right after Lily had asked her father a question. Was it her dad telling her everything would be fine? She thought so. The last time she visited she had a lot on her mind. Her mother had just recently started dating again. Lily wasn't comfortable about the idea of this. But in a way she almost felt sorry for her mom. She had been alone and was not used to the feeling. She didn't know if her thoughts and feelings about this was right. She didn't like the idea of another man in her house. Not sure what to think she visited her father, hoping that even in death, he could still guide her in the right direction. With a small whimper she sniffled and rubbed her watery eyes. She had calmed down within a few minutes but was still in a deep morn. She could sense something close. She could hear the twigs breaking and leaves making a crunching sound as if someone was walking. The scent of something sweet filled her nose as she raised her head. Sweet like honey, but not as sweet as when she met the other werewolf in the woods a few nights ago. The smell seemed softer. It was getting closer and closer. She wiped her eyes and made sure not to make a peep. Listening to the sound getting closer and closer her body started to get tense. The smell was all too familiar, probably another shifter. But it couldn't be someone from the local tribe. Uncertainty took over, the feeling she got from the unknown source seemed timid and somewhat distant. She could guess how close it was, but the smell still didn't make her feel any calmer. She was already nervous to begin with, now it would be hardly impossible to get rid of that feeling now. A unfamiliar voice filled the air as she turned around to see where it was coming from. "Uhm.. excuse me.. are you okay?" A tall, handsome guy appeared from the shadows. She hadn't seen him around before, raising her suspicions as to why he was here and why he was talking to her. She cleared her throat and thought about what she was going to say to this handsome stranger. Um..yeah. Thanks I'm okay." she responded as she stood up and wiped the dirt and leaves off of her pretty dress. With a sign she starting talking again. "I was just visiting my father's grave. It the one year anniversery of his death. Note the red puffy eyes. Oh god, I probably look horrible now." she laughed while whipping her eyes. "I'm sorry. I don't mean to be rude, but why are you out here at this time of night? I know why I'm here. My name is Lily by the way." TAG!? SEAN and OPEN. WORD COUNT!? 669 OUTFIT!? hereNOTES!? NONE
