He smiled as he heard her speak and he chuckled under his breath, then he looked down, soon they were out of the woods and onto a road and he looked at the sign and read it that said there was an exit to the highway, he knew he had to take a highway to reach Port Angeles so that he could check his business, get some lunch and possibly take the girl shopping. He didn't mind it, he had good money and he always kept it with him. He was treating her to lunch why not get her something too? He smiled as he looked out on the road and heard her speak about the reservation wolves.
"I only know them by smell and face. Not by names. But i did meet one of them. He had dark hair, dark eyes and skin, hes very muscular, I've seen him around with his rabbit and motorcycle."[/b]
He stopped for a second when he heard her speak again about whichever was fine and he chuckled. He ran his hand through his slightly messy black hair than looked at her as he took the exit on the highway and drove a little too fast, but it was necessary, he wouldn't want to get ran over by a larger truck or something. He listened to her and nodded gently. He then looked at her and inhaled deeply.
"You're a city girl? And what is your name? I'm Fox."

As he was driving he noticed the other cars racing around him and he wondered if there was something going on, they would zig and zag here and there and then he watched the cars past them real fast and his eyes widen as he watched them, then the disappeared behind some cars that were way in front of him. Sometimes he wondered why he had gave up the dangerous life, maybe it was because he learned that he should be more careful especially when other people did dangerous things as well. He inhaled deeply and looked across the windshield at the other cars, they were going about the same speed as him, there was vans and small cars, up ahead he could see one of this book moving van trucks. He always watched everything on the road because he didn't like getting into another accident like before, which was bad for the car, because it was smashed to pieces and he wasn't and people always wonder how he had made it out alive.
He heard her name and he smiled some, that was a nice name and it was something different indeed, like his name, he never met someone else with his name and he liked it that way, he thought it was much better for him in all honesty that way he wouldn't lose track of anything or anyone that had his name. He liked having his name different from everyone else. As he drove he then heard her question and he turned his eyes on her for a second before moving them back over on the road. He then sighed deeply then closed his eyes for a moment but having his ears wide open so he could hear his surroundings acting like if they were his own eyes. He then opened them and for a second everything looked blurry, he then blinked and everything cleared up, his eyes were a lot powerful and he was grateful that he didn't need glasses anymore, luckily he was a wolf and that part made his eyes a whole lot better.
"Because you asked me to and i doubt you wouldn't shut up if i didn't tell you to begin with"
He chuckled at that, no she probably wouldn't have but now she had died down a little bit. It didn't bother him or anything.

Skye’s eyes focused on the lines passing and then on the cars speeding past them. She couldn’t help but follow them with her eyes. She talked to herself in her mind and stayed oddly quiet when it came to talking out loud. It wasn’t like she was trying to me quiet or anything, she just was. IT was nice to not have to constantly talk though, to have a conversation with two people rather than her talking and the other person just nodding. People who didn’t talk were the worst. You’d be better off talking to a tree. Texting was another story when it came to people like that.
She pulled her legs up onto the seat and sat crisscross with her hands in the pockets of her sweatshirt. After she asked her question she had her head turned to look at him while he answered. She knew he was about to answer when he closed his eyes. Even though they weren’t closed for long, she still noticed that, she noticed it almost every time he was about to answer a question. He didn’t do it when he was just saying something, but it was usually to an answer of a question.
It took her a second to fully understand his answer. Her slowness had kicked in and she turned her head forward, slightly confused. Then she put it together and looked back in his direction. "Are you doubting my talking skills? I mean I can sit here and talk until we get to wherever we’re going. Trust me, it’s possible. I can talk about the clouds, colors, how bendy restaurant forks are, oh and how squirrels are, by far, the scariest animal." She smiled, almost daring him to have her ramble the whole way there. Did she have a lot to say? Not really, but that didn’t matter, she could find something. "Or you can choose the topic. I understand silverware isn’t something you want to hear about for more than two minutes."

He noticed the challenge she was trying to pull with him, but it 0only made him smile more. He thought it was entertaining, very entertaining. He was always easily distracted when someone would talk to him and he didn't mind it at all, they didn't full distract him but he did answer and talk about, it was how he went about things, he liked to debate and such. He didn't mind it as long as the other person didn't. Skye didn't seem to mind it so he kept going on with it. As he drove with his eyes glued to the road, he noticed a sign to the nearest exit to Port Angeles, there he placed the turn signal on and turned into the exit and road down the ramp to a busy street, he then turned and there was a sign saying 'welcome to port angeles'. He then looked ahead and drove into the city, he noticed how busy it was and he knew that maybe she would like something to eat or like to go shopping, he actually enjoyed himself when he went shopping with girls, it shows what kind of girl they really are.
He had taken lots of girls shopping before, and a lot of them have wasted his money upon buying themselves things, he didn't really mind it but it wasn't something he always liked to do, he was trying to save money not waste it all in one day on things the girls really really needed, he understood that they might have wanted it and liked it, but they shouldn't waste money that wasn't rightfully theirs. But for some reason, he was willing to waste it all on this girl here, he didn't know why, he just felt like he wanted to and he wouldn't mind it. He rode towards the bank and he had picked up his wallet and pulled out his credit card there he went into the ATM machine and pulled out four hundred dollars, he had to pull out money anyways.
After he left the bank he just rode towards where the shopping area were at and he had drive over and parked his car than he turned it off and he looked at her as she was talking about the rambling. He chuckled and looked down at his lap than looked up at her, he figured one thing she could ramble about was the clothes and things. He then opened his door and he lifted an eyebrow as he stared at her for a minute than got out of the car. He cleared his thorat than walked around and opened the door for her, he leaned against the door as he held it open for her and stared down at her face. She really did have a nice face and he thought that he wouldn't mind looking at her for a long time. It didn't bother him in the slightest, but as he looked at her he figured maybe he should get to know her, wouldn't be a crime right?
"Well, if you want to ramble on something, I can take you out to eat and shop and you can rant about the clothes and food. It also gives us something to talk about because then we can learn if we have something in common or not."[/b]

Skye kept her legs in a crisscross position. Yes, this meant that her feet were rudely on the seat but Skye hadn’t exactly been brought up with manners. Sure she had common sense and if she thought about it she would realize that her feet should be on the floor in someone else’s car. With Fox it wasn’t like she didn’t care it was just she didn’t think about it, she didn’t feel like it was a big deal. Her version of manners that her mom “taught” her was don’t scream or move when a needle was stuck into your arm. Skye’s eyes dropped to the scar on the inside of her wrist. She was good at hiding it by now, it came pretty naturally to her at this point.
She pulled her sleeves back over her arms before looking up just in time to see the welcome to Port Angeles sign. It hit her that she didn’t have any money with her; she didn’t even have her phone with her. She decided she would just pay him back when she got home, that was easy enough.
When he parked the car she seemed to return the look he gave her. When he got out of the car Skye snapped back and quickly slid on her shoes and by the time he opened the door she was about to reach for the handle. She sort of whispered the word ‘Thanks’ as she got out of the car.
"Well, if you want to ramble on something, I can take you out to eat and shop and you can rant about the clothes and food. It also gives us something to talk about because then we can learn if we have something in common or not."
Skye couldn’t help but laugh lightly. He had just given her permission to not have to shut up. That was an opportunity that happened... never. "Well I don’t belong in a storybook, so we can rule that out of the ‘in common’ list." She said her words in a hushed tone without thinking. As soon as she said it she put a hand up to cover her mouth, her eyes got a little wider. "I won’t say anything again, I swear." She said shaking her head.
Then her mind flashed back to what he had said before and she answered in a normal, Skye-like tone. "I’ll pay you back by the way, I kinda don’t have anything with me." By anything she meant anything. Not her wallet, not her phone, not even five dollars like she usually had. The day she thought she was headed for didn’t involve going into public. She didn’t mind though, days like these didn’t happen often and she was determined to make the best of it.

Fox always liked to get into town but he also liked the quiet life as well, thats why half of his days he would be in Port Angeles and the other days he would be at home in La Push, of course sometimes he would travel to other places when he took his own road trip but other times like these he just like staying here in Port Angeles hanging out with his buddies and fixing cars. Of course he got some of his friends from London to help him out, they were just humans of course and they all lived together in the upstairs room of the business, which didn't bother Fox at all, they were all hard working and they made there living and spent their nights working on cars and some of the drinking and the occasional parties here and there that sometimes Fox came to watch because he was worried about all the drinking and stuff but he knew that he could trust these guys, he just didn't trust them when they got drunk.
He looked out onto the road and he could see all the people walking here and there. They were a lot of people and he was glad that he had pulled out some sum of money. As he looked down he placed the money in his wallet and just looked at Skye for a moment with a small smile on his face. He actually wanted to go to the shops, he hadn't actually went shopping since he came here for the first time and he knew there might have been different things to do and see. He liked to go shopping when he had the money too and since his business was flooding with people non-stop, he was making a lot of money too. He was glad that his business were working out so well. He knew he would have to visit London again for his other business but in the mean while he would just have to hang out here and go shopping while he had fun of course.
His eyes flickered to her face when she had said that and he watched her hands move up to her face. He didn't say anything because he knew if he got upset over something he would explode and he wasn't keen on doing that in front of so many people. He just cleared his throat and looked over at the people just trying to pretend he didn't hear that, luckily his memory served him well and when she said she would pay him back, he smiled some.
"Don't worry about it. Do you want to eat or shop first?"[/b]
