personality: Mina is very introverted and shy. But really she just has trouble interacting with anyone in real life. She never talks to anyone except those that she had known for a long time, even then, barely. Because of her scaring she assumes people don’t want to interact with her or that they think she is a freak. Because of this she loves solitude, and being in the back of crowds. The only time she is social is when she is online playing games with strangers who have never and would never see her.

Once you've gotten through the tight shell that she usually hides away in, there is a girl who few really get to see. The girl she was before she got the scars. She is bright, witty, and very kind. That and she can make a mean cup of tea infused hot chocolate.

detailed history: Mina grew up in a small town with her father and her german shepherd, Rocco. It was a quiet and comfortable life, she got most of everything she wanted but was taught manners. She learned how to work hard and what to expect in the real world. Her father cared a lot about his daughter and she was definitely a daddy’s girl. Had she known her mother she still would have been more partial to him being a bit of a wild tomboy.

When she was about fourteen her life took it’s biggest turn. She was making doughboys and the handle to the pan was facing out, her dog jumped up and hot oil spilled on the left side of her face, along her neck and shoulder too. After being rushed to the hospital and finding out they didn’t have enough money for skin graphs or cosmetic surgery, they kept her in a room in the burn ward until she healed. She lost her sight in that eye and the hearing in that ear. It took a whole year for the hair to grow back in around the area. Min became extremely shy and introverted. She didn’t want to speak to anyone, she didn’t want to interact with anyone. She found all the company she needed in games and internet.

Mina refused to go back to school and finished high school by home schooling. She barely gets out of her house. There is a visiting nurse that comes to see her, and occasionally the good doctor swings by. Her skin is healing, but she will likely never look normal.

That's when she found theatre. Well, mostly being behind the scenes. Working the lights was her favorite. She didn't exactly know why. Probably the amount of work that goes into it. Her best subject is lighting design. Mostly because she doesn't have to be there during the actual show when the people are there. She can be there during the rehearsals and long enough to teach, but not be seen.

dislikes: Directors. Hell week. How cruel most people can be.

facial appearance: Mina is a petite young girl. She has a round face with a big bright green eye. Across the left side of her face and down her neck is a large pink scar that came from an accident that happened when she was fourteen. Mina has straight brown hair that goes down to just below her shoulder blades. She usually keeps it either in low pigtails or braids, or in a messy bun.

clothing: Large bulky clothing most of the time. Scarves and hats that can cover her face are nice.
