Katherine has lived through almost two centuries as a vampire now already. Her personality can change a lot, depending on how she feels. She can be angelic and perfect, but also hot headed and impatient. Katherine is really sure of herself. She believes that everything she does is right and so she often doesn't listen to others. Even if they just want to help her. Also Katherine is a truthful person, she says always truthfully what she thinks about others and expects them to do the same. She has been a vampire for many years now, but still she has a very bad self-control. So that she often gets into danger or causes trouble. She knows she could do better, but she simply enjoys to much drinking human blood. From her past Katherine has also learned a lot about being polite and how to convince people to get what she wants. She uses all her beauty and charm to get whatever she wants in life. Katherine also has no problem in using her other strengths to get what she wants.

Also she lives her life the way she wants to, she stays where she wants to and she does what she wants to. Katherine doesn't like it at all if others try to tell her what she can do and what not. She is also not one of that people that shows her emotions to everyone. Katherine often hides what she feels deep inside, because she thinks showing emotions is a weakness. Another big weakness she has is that, she doesn't trust anyone. Katherine thinks she has to do everything herself, because the only one she can count on is herself. Also even if she is friends with someone, she is not one hundred percent reliable. Her temper is a problem for her often as well, even though she might not show her true emotions to everyone, she easily explodes about the smallest things. But maybe her biggest weakness is her impatience. She really hates to be bored and hates to wait for things to happen. If she is bored she often does stupid things that bring her into huge danger. Also if she wants something, she wants it do be done immediately.

detailed history:

Katherine Regina Evans, was born to her parents Elizabeth and Scott Evans in a really nice night on 2nd of June 1803 in New York. She was the only child of rich parents, who loved her dearly. Already when she was a small child, she liked the attention of other people and she was used to get what she wanted. So she had a good and well guarded childhood. When Katherine grew older her parents send her to the best schools and showed her how to act like a young lady. But this way of life made Katherine become less sensible for problems and emotions. After all she was taught that everyone got exactly what they deserved.

When she became a teenager, Katherine grew more and more beautiful. Also a lot of rich guys now started to give her their attention. So Katherine learned already as a young teenager, that beauty was a gift and a privilege. Also she learned that she could use her beauty as a weapon, to get what she wanted. That let her become really selfish with the time. Shortly after she had become eighteen, her father started to worry about her future. For sure her parents loved her and they wanted her best, but they knew they had to get her married soon, so that someone would be looking for her. So her father invited a lot of rich, good looking guys to their property. That was when Katherine met a young man named Andrew. He was more beautiful then any other man, she had ever seen before. Katherine was fascinated by him and she knew if she ever would go to marry someone it would be him. For sure she didn't know him enough to love him, but still her shallowness and her sense for perfection made her believe he was her prince charming.

So he was the choice she made. A few days before their weeding, Andrew invited to her to a ride with him. Katherine agreed and so they rode into the forest. The day had started well for her, but soon Andrew started to acted strangely. They rode so far that Katherine became worried. As they reached a really beautiful clearing in the forest, Andrew took her off her horse like a gentleman. But after that he suddenly was completely changed and he was no longer kind. Her screams couldn't be heard, they were so far out in the forest. The bite hadn't hurt much, but soon the poison made it's way, venom changing her. Hours later she was like him. The new found strength, vision, speed...it was amazing! But the painful hunger was horrible. Andrew had already left, when she awoke. Katherine never had found an answer to the question, why he had changed her.

Her blood thirst, drove her to a small town, near New York. In that town, she found her first victim. She still rememberer's the first time she had tasted human blood. After that she started to feed on many humans. Katherine doesn't remember how many she killed, but she knows that she killed a lot. Over the centuries she became a bit quieter. But still her self-control is really weak. Katherine traveled a lot around the world. She met a few covens, but she never joined one of them, because she liked being on her own to much. Sure deep inside, Katherine is wishing to find a mate, but on the other hand, she still thinks that emotions are a weakness. So at some point she heard of a small town. The name was Forks, Kathrine was told that there lived a lot of vampires and that there were a lot of supernatural things going on. So she decided to move to Forks.

It was a nice night in Port Angeles. The stars were glittering in the sky and the moon threw its pale light down on the streets. Not many people were out on the streets, in all the houses were the lights on and nearly everyone was hiding inside. On the streets there were laying a few newspapers, which reported about some missing people. To every human the night would have seemed completely quiet. But Katherine knew it better as she moved through small side streets of Port Angeles. Her senses worked a lot better then any humans. She she saw things even if they were far away and could hear the cars driving through the streets in the center of town. She was even able to smell the scent of human blood inside the houses. When she thought about the human blood her throat started to burn, what was a sign that she needed to hunt now. Living as a vampire had it's good sites, but the burning in her throat as soon as she needed blood again was no good thing about it. This burning always made her have a bad mood and she was not in control of herself if she was thirsty. So being thirsty was sometimes really dangerous to everyone around her.

Fast, nearly like a shadow, Katherine moved over the roofs. As she reached the city outskirts, she felt better. The scent of blood was not so strong here. Sure still her throat was on fire, but she was not so afraid to loose control out here. Katherine had only shortly moved to the small town of Forks, near Port Angeles. But like all small towns, it was boring there and people noticed fast if someone was missing. So Katherine went for her hunt most of the time out in the forest to hunt some hikers or she came here to Port Angeles and hunt people that no one would be missing. She had to hunt modestly, so that the humans didn't knew what was going on, she knew. Back in the time when she had been human, people for sure had much faster burned people, that were accused to be vampires. But still the people today weren't stupid. Also if she would cause to much attention the Volturi would come and kill her Katherine knew. A moment later she was torn out of her thoughts, when she sensed a possible prey nearby and the burning inside her throat got worse. Slowly she moved to the edge of the roof and looked down. There Katherine saw a young woman walking through the dirty streets. For a short moment she looked up and down the street, to check that there was no one close to the young woman. Satisfied she noticed that the young woman was alone.

So Katherine closed her eyes, took a deep breath, the scent of blood now filled her senses. As she opened her eyes again, she let her instincts take over. Katherine slowly moved over the roof and then dropped down from it, behind the young woman. Silently without making a sound she landed on the ground. Her next movements were as silent as her first, but much faster. Just a second later, Katherine grabbed the young woman's hair from behind and pulled her head back. Before the woman could even scream, Katherine bite. Then she tasted the lightly bitter blood, what came from drugs she knew. Soon the woman was sucked out completely. The burning in throat got weaker, but Katherine knew she still would have to hunt again tonight. So that her thirst would not come back in just a few hours. She needed to be completely fed to be able to stand the burning for a week or more. Sighing she grabbed the dead body and moved it over to a trash bin and put the body into it. Suddenly she smelled someone nearby, for a moment she hesitated. If it was another human great, but another vampire wouldn't be so great, she told herself. But then she decided to wait till the other person appeared in front of her.
