there's a thunder in our hearts, baby.
so much hate for the ones we love?
tell me, we both matter, don't we?

Ports right now was used to the same old story, day after day, it seemed like things were pretty quiet, it was odd, really. But for Vladimir Lenin Elric it wasn’t the same old song and certainly not the same old dance. Things were changing and it all had to do with a person he never thought it would. He was a wild vampire, she was a Volturi guard, why would they even talk to each other in the first place? Well, for a guy the answer would be obvious, she was beautiful, any male in their right mind would want to talk to her, to have the pleasure of being close enough to hear what she said back. He was part of a vampire gang she was with the group who had power over every immortal in the city. They weren’t supposed to be together. It was simple. Their relationship was against the rules, even if the rule had never been written down. And yet, the vampire was persistent, he pursued her and she was in the game every step of the way that he was. .
No, it wasn’t a game anymore. The vampire just didn’t know it yet. He was on the edge of deciding whether they were simply seeing each other or if they were an item. Of course, to anyone looking at them on one of their dates they’d think they were in it for the long run, but Vlad wasn’t totally sure yet. He liked her, a lot, and in the process of growing profound respect for the woman he’d changed his views on the Volturi. Volturi weren’t half bad, at least not the guard that was called Olivia Thorne Volturi. But still, she wasn’t for control. He didn’t understand it. Maybe she was just saying she wasn’t… maybe it was to hold up her power within the group called The Volturi. Olivia wasn’t one to give in easily, Vlad had found that out early on.
They’d met at parlors one night and she was beautiful, it was odd, for Vlad to still feel the same attraction for her even now. And even though the vampire made his move on her he didn’t end up taking advantage of her at the end of the night. He didn’t know why, but now he was glad for that he did, or rather, didn’t do. Because of it they were here now, in some sort of relationship he had yet to decide about. Was it serious? He wasn’t seeing anyone else, and that was saying something. He wasn’t sleeping with the next girl who made eyes at him, no, he was seeing Olivia and only Olivia. Something he hadn’t done in a very, very long time.
Ports club was special to them, it was where they could get away and go out dancing, get something to eat, just be together and God he loved being with her. They’d made it a plan to go today, to go to the club and get away from it all. It was easy, just a forty-five minute drive from Forks and they were alone, away from their family and friends. His parents didn’t approve of their relationship. But, he didn’t care .Vlad wasn’t one to mess around with, he might seem nice one moment but the second a hostile situation is presented he can become something of a feral creature. No, he would be in a relationship with whomever he wanted; it seemed Olivia didn’t think the same way.
He was making the drive today in his white two door BMW M3, the two thousand and eight model, but just because he had a nice car didn’t mean he was materialistic, he just had the money. He made a circle around the block after seeing Olivia’s limo and parked on the other side of the street from it. She was already there but he hoped he wasn’t too late. He had a way of telling though and after making his way across the street he let a hand hover inconspicuously over the hood of her car as he slid by, it was still heated. He wasn’t late, not by too much at least. It wasn’t very late out but the probability that the band would be playing tonight was unlikely, though as soon as he walked in the door there was still music in the air. A few people were dancing but the vampire wasn’t interested in watching them, his coppery eyes going over to the dance floor where she was. She was in her own little world it seem, the way she moved her body, you can see the one hundred years of grace in her movements. The vampire flashed a smile at his lover and before becoming a door blocker, strode over.
He got behind her, though he was very, very close, smirking as he moved to place a hand on her waist, “Hey.” It was a simple greeting, and he didn’t say anything more, he was just glad to see her. Every time he saw her he felt like the last time was so long ago, even if it could have been the night before. There had been an edge to their relationship since the start and they both could feel it. To each the other was forbidden and it’s one of the reasons Vlad was so drawn to her in the beginning. He’d only found out after time that there was so much more to Olivia than he’d heard about. He didn’t know what she was doing to him but whatever it was he had a pretty good feeling he was doing it right back to her. The forbidden fruit always tasted the sweetest and Vlad had his very own supply. However odd it was for the tree to survive in this soil, whatever their relationship encountered the vampire was intending on keeping it alive.
It was serious. He just didn’t know it yet. With his hands on her waist, he brought her closer to him as his body follows the beat to the music. He felt more comfortable as the not so shy Olivia mended her body against his.
