"Don't you think finding out I'm still around is enough right now?" Mason shrugged in response. "Maybe im going for shock value? Its nice to know I don't have to lie the Bonnie anymore... Just Mom and Dad now."
He listened as Bonnie explained how she didn't want to be like Kenny, that was sort of a relief. He was not sure but Mason seemed to remember Ash being interested in the idea. Things had just gotten simpler and at the same time more confusing.
"So what now? I know we cant see Ash... But at least now you two can do some catching up..." he smiled. The family was finally sort of back together. All they lacked was Ash and the parents and Ash would be back eventually. He only hoped Kenny would have the guts to eventually speak to their parents.
"Any girls?" he teased, slightly serious however.

She ignored Mason's question about any girl's in Kenny's life, why would there even be girls in the woods? Well, unless. there were more vamps... But the earlier statement is what caught her off guard and threw her back into a panic. “Wait we can’t see Ash?” Her heart skipped a beat or two, and then began to make up for lost time. “Why, Why, why, why can’t we see Ash? We can see Kenny, why not Ash?” Her words were hurried and sad. Fear filled her eyes for the first real time that day. She couldn’t lose another brother, going these last couple weeks not seeing her twin was hard enough, now they couldn’t see him even though the secret was out in the open?
She turned to the eldest, "Kenny if he is just a vampire like you, what's the difference?!" A pang hit her stomach. All these sudden changes in emotion were piling up. Along with a sudden shock of adrenaline to her system, she wasn't feeling too good. There was something else they were keeping from her. And it was about Ash. The one who she spent most her time with, the one who she could tell anything, the one who until recently had never gone a day without at least saying hello.

"Maybe im going for shock value? Its nice to know I don't have to lie the Bonnie anymore... Just Mom and Dad now." This was true, but it didn't change the fact the Volturi could find out. All of his siblings could be together again, no more hiding from his baby sister and as soon as Ash has control they can hang out like old times. Mom and dad were the only ones missing... They may know soon enough though.
"So what now? I know we cant see Ash... But at least now you two can do some catching up..." "Any girls?" “Wait we can’t see Ash?” “Why, Why, why, why can’t we see Ash? We can see Kenny, why not Ash?” "Kenny if he is just a vampire like you, what's the difference?!" Bonita started having a little fit which was completely understandable. He knows she's not going to like him being away for however long. Kenny sighed, "Ash is new at this. He's not to great at control but he's learning. As soon as he can you and Mason can see him. Don't worry, he under the care of me and some of the Cullens." Edward was helping and Ana was there even though she was still learning and practicing it herself. He also had his brother. Kenny turned to his Mason. "Yes, actually. Her names Ana." Thinking about her made him smiled.

Mason nodded in agreement as Kenny explained Ash's situation. He felt sorry for his brother and wished he could see what Kenny had been forced to do to him.
"Yes, actually. Her names Ana." Mason blinked and tried to process what had just been said. So his brother was dating? Did she know what he was? Of course she did, you didn't keep that kind of a secret from your girl...
"Damn man, so shes... Like you I'm guessing?" he said with a smile, happy to see that his brother was at least getting some enjoyment in life. For a moment Mason thought of Daylon then banished it away. She was 16 damn it! And was still underage!
Backing up he tried to lean backwards onto the tree he believed was right behind him. Instead he only found empty air and fell back with a curse hitting his head on a tree. It wasn't a hard hit but it was enough to cause the injury he had gotten during practice to start bleeding again. Getting up he wiped his arm across his nose and saw the blood that was now flowing out.
"Son of a..." he stopped in mid curse and realized what he had just done. He was bleeding, something he knew he probably should never do in the presence or Kenny... Looking up he looked at his brother.
"Um... I think we should go..."

The girl was still distraught. How long would it be until she could see him? Couldn’t he just man up and be in control? How hard could it possibly be to resist, er, food? Whenever Bonnie saw a cookie she didn’t dive on top of it and scarf it down. Then again, maybe that changes once you can do uh. Vampire things. She didn’t know anything about them really, cept that they had strength and speed. Nita would need to research into all this. Sure she read about them and stuff, but what was real and what was folklore?
She listened to the conversation, it was probably a good idea when you were supposed to be contributing, though it was hard when you discovered that your brothers were A. Alive, B. Mythical Beasts, and C. dating… other mythical beasts? Did she hear that right? Her eyes lit up. “Oooooh~ What is she like?! Is she nice? Will we get to meet her soon?” She paused a moment before the last bit of what Kenny said kicked in. “Wait a second did you say Cullens? Like, those creepy kids I go to school with?! That makes SO much sense now that I think about it.”
Her attention shifted for a moment. Something was wrong with Mason. Aaaand he asked to go? Oh crap, was he bleeding? Thaaaaat probably wont go over well. Unless Kenny was uh, better than that? She gritted her teeth, assessing the situation. Ready to act on a moment’s notice.

The two seemed pretty surprised about Kenny having someone. He himself was surprised. He's very good with the ladies and usually has them falling over hills for him, but he's not the type to have a girlfriend. No on special enough was there to take that place until Ana showed up in his life. "Damn man, so shes... Like you I'm guessing?" Kenny laughed at this. She is now, but before...no she wasn't. It was true...he fell for a human. But now she's a vampire and that makes it easier on Kenny. “Oooooh~ What is she like?! Is she nice? Will we get to meet her soon?”
Before he could answer them Mason had fell backward...and now he was bleeding. The smell of blood filled his nose before he could stop himself from breathing in. "Um... I think we should go..." He frowned... Bonnie and him hadn't had much time to catch up but if Mason found it best to leave he wouldn't try and stop him. "Yes...she's like me." He answered slowly not taking his eyes off his brother. "I have better control Mason...You don't have to leave. Are you okay?" It was true, but it was also true that he could slip up. If he were to keep his mind off of human blood then he would be fine. "I don't know." He added turning to face Bonnie. "She's a newborn like Ash so she's a little edgy right now. Some day though." He smiled at her. He would love for his family to meet Ana...the girl he wanted to spend forever with...he just needed to wait. "Here," He added pulling out his wallet and handing Bonnie a picture of her.

"Lucky me then..." he sat there grinning stupidly... "I'm fine. Just got hit pretty hard during practice today... But have reopened the wound." Digging into his pocket he took out a tissue he kept around for just such an occasion. With a grunt he stood up still holding a tissue to his nose. He slowly made his way behind Bonnie to look at the photo Kenny had handed her.
"Damn Kenny. Shes quite the looker... But isn't she a bit young for you?" he wasn't sure but she looked like she was only 17. And while Kenny was seemingly stuck at 18 he was a year older than him. Then again who was he to judge.
"Cullens? I don't think I've heard of them. Then again if they are in school..." When they had moved to America he had already completed school. Things had moved so fast since they had left England.

She took the picture from Kenny and smiled, she really was pretty. “I’m very happy for you bro. Not sure how she deals with your… ‘you-ness’, but good luck to her anyway.” She grinned. Conversation continuing aside, she was quite pleased her middle brother wasn’t jumped and eaten because of a little blood. Good to know that Kenneth had good control. Once again, it obviously couldn’t have been that hard. “So Uh, I’m guessing as new borns, they uh… Have keener senses or something? Why are they more dangerous? You’d think getting used to the whole new species thing would impair things like learning how to smell again, not make it easier and less controllable.” She mused out loud. Maybe there would be answers, maybe not. Would be interesting to know though.
“What else do you… vampires do?” She smirked. Seemed like no one else wanted to use the word. She found it silly, maybe that was why. It was definitely weird referring to your brother as a different species entirely. He used to be her flesh and blood. Of course he was still family, nothing would ever, could ever change that, But there was a lot less in the flesh department, more like stone now. And blood, he was pale enough to look like he had none. “Do you guys just sit around and tell vampire stories, or just chill out in caves like hobos?”

Kenny only nodded to Mason explaining he got hurt in practice. He never got into Hockey but his brother sure seemed to enjoy it. He would rather play vampire baseball but that's because no cheating was involved. Any other sport he had chances to play were with humans, and to be honest there never seemed to be enough challenge in it; way to easy. "Damn Kenny. Shes quite the looker... But isn't she a bit young for you?" “I’m very happy for you bro. Not sure how she deals with your… ‘you-ness’, but good luck to her anyway.”
"Hey now." He said jokingly to Bonnie, a smirk crossed his face. He took the picture from her and placed it back into his pocket. "No, she's seventeen. I don't believe that's to young...besides...her parents don't seem to mind." He shrugged lightly.
“Do you guys just sit around and tell vampire stories, or just chill out in caves like hobos?” Kenny couldn't help but laugh at all her questions, they were pretty comical from his view point. "Newborns have to get used to their new body. As a vampire our emotions are ten times that of a human so think of it as....when you saw me and how you felt....imagine your emotions ten times higher...Can you see how that could become dangerous? Newborns have to learn to control their emotions and their blood lust for humans. " He shrugged lightly. Sometimes he would like some human blood he just doesn't want to kill to get it. "I'm only telling you this...since you can't see Ash yet...a reason seems fair. Otherwise you and Mason both don't get to hear very much. And as for sitting in caves telling vampire stories? No...." He laughed again and only shook his head.

"No, she's seventeen. I don't believe that's to young...besides...her parents don't seem to mind." Mason nodded. So long as no one really had a problem with it.
"Well in reality it is illegal... But a I doubt the cops would care, you both look the same age, and besides id like to see the them try and stop you..."
Mason continued to stand there. Now it seemed like he would just watch what was going on. Bonnie had so many questions to ask, most of them he'd asked himself when he first learned Kenny was alive. Now it was his sisters turn. Mason just smiled and decided to lean against a tree, this time making sure he would be fine and watched Kenny reply to whatever she asked.

Bonnie nodded, taking in all the information. Not like she was going to be quizzed on it or anything, but it was nice to know right? Apparently the supernatural was going to be a big part of her life now. Seeing as it surrounded her. It was going to be weird going back to school knowing about the Cullens. Knowing her she’d probably interrogate them about her brothers. Seeing as they probably will get to see them more than she. At the very least she could ask about Ash. It would be odd talking to them though. They seemed kind of uptight and, well, prissy? No, not the word, they seemed nice, but closed in. Like they had their own world, which, well, they sort of do. That begged another question, why did a bunch of vampires want to go to school? Didn’t matter.
It was really good to hear her brother laugh and laugh that heartily. Really really good. She wanted to stick around forever even if it was getting later and colder as their conversation went on. “So what are vamps really like? Who got it right? Anne Rice? Brahm Stoker? Uh, whoever wrote the Underworld series?” She shrugged, didn’t care that much. “What are the real powers slash weaknesses?” That part she did care about. It was interesting!

“So what are vamps really like? Who got it right? Anne Rice? Brahm Stoker? Uh, whoever wrote the Underworld series?”
Kenny just shook his head at the people she listed. "You'll find out from being around me. But honestly, they aren't that close. I can go into the sun obviously...." He paused raising his hand to an area where the sun was shining though the clouds. "I don't burst into flames....I bloody sparkle." He lowered his hand back to his side and just laughed. It seemed ridiculous when he first learned the truth about vampires and the sun and to this day he still finds it ridiculous
"Powers? As in gifts? Every vampire has speed, strength, photographic memory, beauty....Only some vampires have powers like the ability to read minds or have visions. These powers reflect a lot of their personality or they may have had it as a human in a very low form." Kenny looked to his brother with a devious smile on his face. He had spoke of these such things to Mason before but it wasn't until recently he found out he has one as well. "I have one." Kenny began to form a clone. His body felt like it was ripping into two with invisible partials flying every which direction around him. A second Kenny appeared behind the tree Mason was standing against. "It's....pretty cool." He laughed making his clone peek around the corner saying "Sup?" at Mason in hopes of startling him.

Mason continued to watch as Kenny put his hand into the sun. He had seen it before but honestly he found it hilarious to see...
"I don't burst into flames....I bloody sparkle." with that Mason almost burst into laughing. It was just so stupid when he thought about it. All those legends about the sun hurting vampires and instead he just before a firefly..
"Well done pretty boy." he said quietly. He continued to watch as Kenny explained the abilities vampires had. Again it was similar to what he had heard before until Kenny mentioned he had one. He watched as his older brother concentrated for a second. And nothing seemed to happen.
"It's....pretty cool."
"Wow, you can scrunch up your face in a weird way... Impressive...." He said sarcasticly with a grin.
"Sup?" Mason nearly jumped into the tree when the Kenny clone appeared. At first he though his brother had just run behind him but after a quick look he saw there were indeed two of them...
"Son of a..." he mumbled in shock... "That's impressive bro... And very freaking confusing."

Bonnie couldn’t help but laugh as well. Her brother was a walking disco ball! “See Kenny, you aren’t a vampire, you are a fairy!” she snorted as she tossed her head back. “There Mason, a real reason I shouldn’t ever become like him.” She laughed again. Knowing it wasn’t his fault would not change the fact that she’d never let him live it down. “Hey” She turned back to the elder. “Now you can go to a rave and not have to dress up!” She chuckled for a moment before continuing. “Okayokay, I’m done now I swear.”
She stopped laughing for a bit, but the giggles came back when her brother practically jumped out of his skin. That was great. “Woah, that is actually pretty cool.” She nodded in approval. “But how the hell did you ‘sort’ of posses this power as a human?” A wide grin grew on her face. Everything seemed to be falling back into place. Ash would come back soon too, so everyone would get to hang out together again. Like old times. “Does Ash have awesome powers too?”
