Ari sees life in a different way than the masses. She believes with her heart and love and romance is held dear to her. If things go wrong she takes it hard and tends to want to hide or run. She is a sensitive person and is affected by the world deeply.
detailed history: She was born an only child in the city of Nashville, Tennessee. Her parents never really liked her and often blamed her for ruining their lives as they had her young. So already, her childhood wasn't the best. She would often either stay out of the house or hide in her room.
Her life moved onward, nothing of significance happening until the day she turned seventeen. She was home, in her room doing her homework when she got a call on the home phone. She was told her parents were in a car accident and were dead. She took the news hard.
Ari's aunt came to help Ari deal with the grief. They buried Arianna's parents and then her aunt decided to whisk her away to Forks, to escape the shadows of the people she once knew that no longer inhabited her home.
The teenager didn't want to be there, never did. She just wanted to fade into the shadows. But things started looking up. She made friends, met a guy, and things started going good. Well, that would only hold up for so long right?
Her boyfriend decided to turn out to be a jerk. He thought he could have his way with her on a date. She resisted, but he was stronger than her. As he drove her home, Ari, in a fit of desperation, reached over and jerked the steering wheel. The car swerved and slammed into a tree, killing her boyfriend and severely injuring herself.
After spending 2 weeks in the hospital, Ari finally got better and was released. She never told anyone about what happened before she caused the accident. She was scared to. She just went back to school and hid behind her music and school work.
