Dear friend,

I arrived yesterday at Forks, Washington safe and sound. The Oxford Apartment where I currently stay was actually bigger than I expected it to be. It has one bedroom which is still spacious. I felt nervous at first. Living on my own, I never expected it to be easy but I do hope it would finally bring me peace. Something that I've always wanted for after mom and dad left me on my own. I know they'll be proud of me for trying to move on. Forks' weather's really nice. My paleness fits the city.lol. I just don't like it when it rains. But I guess I have to live with it since I decided to live in Forks.

Anyway, I already started in Forks High School as well. The school was nice. Though it's hard being a new student. I never really liked being the center of attention. So far, I haven't met any bullies yet. However there's this one student that I bumped in before my first class. His name was Edward Cullen. I guess he's a heartthrob at school or something. He was nice at first, then seems different the next minute, then nice again afterward. In short, he seems complicated. I know for sure that he's not a bad guy but there's something different or weird about him. I mean he was so pale and his skin was so cold. He said he have some circulation issues. He's so mysterious and by the way, he's got a girlfriend. He did mention that, I don't why but he did.

But you know what, I met this guy. I think he's a native here or somewhere near. Well, it's a shame he just thought I was someone else. His name is Jacob. He's nice and well yeah I won't deny he's good looking. Very muscular, too. He's hot. Don't get me wrong, I meant literal hot. He was so warm, extremely warm but in a cold weather like this, it feels good.

Enough of boy dramas, so far I'm enjoying and loving Forks. I'm planning to get a job. I don't' want to depend on Aunt Meg for the rest of my life and definitely I don't want to empty my account with what mom and dad left me.
