a much needed get out (ana)

A little dumbfounded by everything happening in the Cullen house, Kenny sighed it all off. He tired focusing on letting the two have fun at the movies instead of worrying about everything that had been happening for the past few days....Not only did he land him in some mishap at the Cullens he had to worry about his sister who is having nightmares about Aro....Then turn around in about two weeks to have to turn Bontia before they kill her! He would need to sneak into Nitas room after their date to make sure she is okay...

Kenny opened the door for Ana then closed it after she made herself comfortable. The movie was apparently called Life as We Know It, he hadn't a clue what it is about...He hasn't watched TV for three years nor did he care for it much, although movies were always fun to go to.
He could find a nice home to live in, but he found it hard to with having to hide so much from humans...Instead, he had a little shack in the woods where he had all his belongings. Luckily, receiving Internet connection for his laptop and cell phone service. It was a well put together place for being so small. And he boss didn't mind that it took him longer to get to work then the other workers, so he was okay at the moment....still homeles though...a shack doesn't honestly count.

Once Kenny sat in the front, he took off down the road to the high way. "If you want snacks I have plenty of money..So help yourself when we get there." He looked over to her with a smile then back to the road. It never took Kenny long to arrive in Port Anglese, usually do to his speeding...But he wasn't going nearly as fast this go round...afraid the speed might take her off guard.

He had to admit, getting out of the forest...and the situations...was relieving. This way Ana could rest her mind watching a movie, while he would do the same. At least at the Cinemas, no one would bother them or know them enough to come around, not to his knowledge anyway. Ash might be around but other than that Bonita would be home and Mason would be off somewhere on his own. "At least we can get out and do something...not so stressful..." Smiling Kenny sped up a little on the highway.

The tension at the house had been overwhelming for Ana. Everything that was going on had just pushed her emotions over the moon. She had been on edge the entire time the Volturi had been there. She had been grateful Kenny had been there with her. If she had been alone Ana would have no doubt lost her mind. Kenny was a form of reprieve for her. He was someone outside of the family who she could be herself with. She didn't have to hide anything from him. It was comforting to know she had someone like that outside of her family.

Family, the word made her smile. Ana had only been part of the vampires' family for two months now. Before then she had lived in Italy. She liked it better in Forks though. Sure the American food sucked and her family was really protective over her, which they had reason to be, but she had a big family now with siblings she loved. She had never had siblings before. Now she had six of them. Sure they were pains sometimes, but she still loved them.

When he said something about snacks she softly smiled. "I just ate dinner and your going to feed me more? Are you trying to make me fat?" She joked with a little giggle. Ana had a good sense of humor most of the time. She looked at him as she spoke but soon looked out the window to watch the trees pass by. The glass held a reflection of herself and she watch trees pass behind her silhouette. It was almost mesmerizing to watch it.

Ana smiled and nodded. "Yeah, I don't get out much without one of the family members with me." SHe added. The trees passing sped up and she felt the vibration of the car. Something about driving had always excited and calmed her. She was an odd one, but that was what made some people like her. SHe was different from the rest of the kids her age. Kid, hardly. Ana was 17, going on 18. SHe wasn't a child, not by far.
