In-depth Analysis
Personality: Jeremiah’s icy blue eyes easily distinguish his high status in society. They are filled with power and strength, two of Jeremy’s boldest traits. In his field of profession, his personality is key in surviving. The ability to act upon whether to be harsh and commanding or gentle and compassionate is what keeps this Seattle police officer alive. Everyday, Jeremy is confronted with situations where he has to adapt to a given environment. As a result, he possesses a naturally protective and powerful personality.
But alongside his strong traits, Jeremiah can be found to be very kindhearted and empathetic. Being an officer, he has learned to understand the struggles of the world, and in doing so…he treats what is dear and close to him with the utmost care and affection. He provides a natural security to those around him, defending those he loves regardless of the cost. There would be no hesitation in making the decision to lay down his life for a true friend or family.
Detailed history: It was as cool, winter evening when Jeremiah first opened his eyes into the strange world. Being outside the womb and cast into this bright, chaotic place was a sensation unlike any other. Little did Jeremiah know that this wouldn’t be his only dramatic change in life.
Jeremy lived a decently happy childhood. There were no abusive fathers or abandoned children. They weren’t filthy poor, selling their bodies to make a living. It was…normal. He and his mother would always sit together at night before bed and talk of the day’s events. It was with her that he learned to survive in the world…even if it is off of the smallest things. She taught him how to shower by himself and tie his shoes; how to brush his teeth and go to bed without having an unwanted accident. On the other hand, his father ran parallel. He would teach him how to play football and basketball; how to help around with the mechanics of the house, and how to “mow” the lawn, even if that meant just sitting in his lap. These were all things that normal parents taught their children. But, at the tender age of 16, Jeremy had an encounter that would once more alter the life he was happily living.
It was a sunny summer afternoon and Jeremy was outside playing with two of his neighbors. They were in the driveway playing an intense game of basketball, when everything went black and Jeremiah fell to the payment. Next thing he knew, he was waking up to a very bright light not the sun with a steady beeping that distinguished his heart-rate could be heard as he slowly came to. He was in a hospital, and several masked doctors could be seen standing over his nearly naked body. In an instants rage, he thrust himself from the table, immediately demanding answers. It was then that they revealed to him the fairytale species that existed in the shadows: vampires, were-animals. They were vague about what they had done…only that he would be experiencing a new life once full moon hit. After serious pain and agony, his transformation became visible. It was then that he knew what he was…a werewolf, the sworn enemy of the vampire.
Unable to bring himself to confess to his parents, he kept his alternate being secret. He resumed as normal of a lifestyle as he could, trying to ignore the curse…confining himself to his room on those terrorizing nights that held full moons. It wasn’t until his father died of an unexpected car accident that he embraced his new self. After that emotion invoking funeral, Jeremiah, now 18, began to accept being a lycan. He would find a place of comfort in an abandoned warehouse down the street where he could train and slowly learn to master his powers. In time, he grew to be able to control them and was able to use them at will. But, he made sure that his final teenage years were not disturbed. He continued to go to school, and play sports. And when he graduated later that year, he decided on a job as an officer. Knowing the cruelty that some children had to grow up with was unbearable and he promised himself that he would do everything in his power to make that burden less. His keen senses would help in that area, and so he continued on to the Seattle Police Academy where he trained to be an officer. His acute senses and determination gave him a high ranking position among the force, and he still resides with that same department today.
Fears: Taking an innocent life.
Strengths: Being an officer, reading people, his intellect, can analyze his surroundings, increased lycan senses.
Weaknesses: Women, silver, skeptical about every situation.
Likes: Working, meeting new people, helping and protecting others
Dislikes: Low-lives, vampires
Physical Appearance
Facial appearance: His golden brown hair compliments his clear blue eyes admiringly. In short, he is every woman’s “fantasy” police officer, and knowing he holds this title, just makes him smile.
Clothing: For the most part, Jeremiah’s attire is quite simple. Outside of his uniform, he is usually seen wearing a well-fitting black t-shirt and a pair of jeans.
Build: Standing at 6’2”, Jeremiah’s muscular stature is both intimidating and intoxicating. Every inch of his well-toned body seems nearly flawless
Marks/scars: His perfectly tan skin is only marred by three scars: two of which were produced from his line of work. The third, however, has quite a different story behind it. A faint scar lies on his side, where the doctors had altered his genes. This is his proof of an alternate life.
Species appearance: His alternate appearance, as a wolf, is quite different. His stance is powerful and bold, and his structure is large and protective. If he belonged to a pack, there is no doubt he would be the Alpha. Dark grey fur covers the top portion of his face, while pure white encompasses the bottom. His body, for the most part, is covered in grey fur, with white and black specs appearing every now and then. The eyes of his human form and the eyes of his lycan form remain the same. Icy, clear, commanding, and affectionate.

The moon had not yet made it’s peak in the sky as Jeremiah Evans walked casually down the crowded streets of Seattle. His usual police uniform had been replaced with a well-fitting black shirt and jeans. Tonight, he was undercover. There had been a violent murder near the city’s sinful club, Déjà Vu and Jeremiah was placed on the call for investigation. The club was resuming normal activity, but he was to keep an eye out for any suspicious behavior near or around the area. Scanning the populated streets surrounding the club, he found nothing but a few drunken men and women preparing to buy a cheap room for a night of meaningless bliss. He held nothing against the couple, but he thought it was kind of vile and disrespectful. Granted, he liked his nights of bliss as much as anyone else…but he would always make sure the woman was sober and sure. Normally, he would have taken the male in under rape charges, but that wasn’t his main focus. Tonight, his goal was to try and find the killer.
The chaotic streets seemed harmless. Other than your typical drunk stature, there seemed to be no evidence of a crime. A low sigh escaped his throat as he fought through the crowd. When he finally reached the doors to the club, the men let him in VIP. Not because he was an officer, but because he was a regular at the club and was rather wealthy at the time being. His father had held a life insurance policy that was eight times his salary. Consequently, that was nearly seven hundred thousand dollars. Between that and his current job, Jeremiah had no worries for money.
As he stepped in the club, the energy immediately hit him. It sparked within him part of his lycan form, but he was used to the feeling and instead of suppressing it, he embraced it. His eyes traveled around the room, taking in the sensuous red lighting, the growing number of people, and of course, the exotic dancers on stage. It had been a while since he’d felt the warmth of a woman’s skin, but…tonight would be no exception. Business before pleasure; that was his saying. He headed to the bar, ordering an imported beer and leaning against the counter. His honey eyes darted around the room once more, looking for any violence or anything out of the ordinary. It was then that he saw what he was looking for. A fight had broken out between what smelled like a vampire and what seemed to be a human. Ignoring the beer that had been placed beside him, he stealthily made his way towards the fight.
