Newt wanted to make a sound...he wanted to call out for help now but he couldn't! The wolf was now looking in his eyes making his heart feel like it wasn't beating. He swallowed hard again. He didn't even hear a man coming over but he sure heard those gun shots. "HOLY SH..." Newt, scared out of his wits, couldn't finish his word. His hand went over his chest when Lily jumped away now it was pounding more rapidly and irregular. He was so angry he wasn't paying attention to her any more...His eyes shot at the man who fired the gun shots. "What the hell man?" He yelled angrily....He was already scared and now something else come along to make it worse.
Newt tried catching his breath after Lily ran off in the other direction. "Just...call an ambulance." He said in a more calm voice laying his head down to try and relax....He was in shock....Before Newt could figure out what was going on he screamed in pain then passed out...The pain from his broken rib and gashed arm...and else.

Charles watched as the wolf let out a growl and fled into the woods, he waited a few seconds until the wolves presence was no longer registering on the motion tracker, with a sigh he rushed towards the boy dropping his rifle but keeping the pistol within reach in case the wolf returned. Charles wasn't sure of the extent the injuries the boy suffered so he couldn't simply carry him out of the forest for fear of him having a back injury. Quickly he took a look on a GPS to get his location before calling the hospital to send an ambulance.
Pacing back and forth Charles noticed a strange pool of liquid on the forest floor, placing a gloved hand in it he saw that it was warm and reaching into his backpack he grabbed a vial and took a sample. He would examine it in detail later. After hiding his rifle and equipment aside from his one pistol he watched as the ambulance pulled up a distance away and the paramedics got out with a stretcher. As they caught sight of him he could see thier looks of confusion and they asked a few questions about what had happened. Charles answered truthfully, he had been walking around the forest when he heard a scream and found the boy. He never mentioned the wolf. The paramedics seemed satisfied and headed off with the boy. Now alone in the forest Charles began to trek home.
About an hour later he stepped into his car and headed off towards the hospital, his clothes changed and without his weapons. He was slightly worried about the boy, his condition didn't seem good, and also Charles was curious if the wolf had done anything to his body.
