personality: Sayuri seems to have a child-like innocence, compared to that of a younger child. Sayuri also cares deeply for her friends, & constantly worries for them, and does not like being away from them. Sayuri is known to be caring, considerate, and at times somewhat stubborn. She mostly appears to be happy and cheerful when, truthfully, she is afraid. Sayuri usually tries to cope with her fears by closing her eyes and "losing herself in happier days." Sayuri is careless at times, naive, a crybaby, a scaredy-cat but also very curious about everything & dislikes the saying curriousity killed the cat x.x;; Sayuri has a deep fear of vampires and can be both reckless & on her guard around them, she thinks their nasty murderers & has yet to meet a nice vampire.
Sayuri Loves getting her belly rubbed & loves milk she is also known to puur when she is happy and rub herself against people when she is affectionate. Sayuri tends to pounce on people even when she is human she acts more like a cat, Sayuri also has a tendency to shift into tiger form when bored or playful, She is tough than she looks and is not to be underestemated having killed a member of the voltori guard. Sayuri is bold, brave & Defiant she won't let herself be pushed around.

Prologue: The story of Sayuri's Ancestor
Mulan a legendary warrior from the 6th century. The humans knew the legend of Mulan of how she cut her hair, put on her fathers armour and joined the emperors troops using her fathers name. They knew that she fought as a man for over ten years without her identity being discovered. They also learned that when she returned home she became a woman again. What the humans did not know was that after she returned home her Family was slaughtered by a Jiangshi (vampire)Mulan fought the vampire to avenger her family's death, but when she struck the vampire her sword shattered. In anger Mulan snapped and she phased into a tigress for the first time. Mulan slayed the demon and burnt his body sending him back to hell.
She was left all alone. Mulan learned the way of the tiger and left. After many lifetime attempts, Mulan finally learned to stop phasing and she resumed a normal life. She became a wife under an alias. Hua Mulan was latter killed by the Mate of the vampire she slayed, but not before she continued her genetic Legacy whenever her descendant would be near the demons their bloodlines would awaken.
Sayuri's Story
Sayuri was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. Sayuri is of mixed bloodline her mother is Chinese & her father is Japense, she grew up learning both languages, but prefers to speak Japense. Sayuri grew up in a normal household consisting of her mother a lovely & friendly woman who was a house wife, a father who was a pilot for a local airline, her ten year old brother who is a pain in the butt & grandfather a loving & wise man who told Sayuri's stories about her family & urban legends. Sayuri went to school like a normal teenager and lived a normal life. At the age of 14 Sayuri went on her first school field trip going out of town for the weekend. She left behind a perfect family and went on her school field trip, when Sayuri came home she was taken straight from the school bus to the police station she learned of her family's murder killed by some manic.
Sayuri could not process her familys murder and acted normally, the police was concerned about sayuri and they placed her under the care of her friend's family who volenteered to take care of her during the murder investigation .
Sayuri acted normally until one evening she could not sleep, she missed her teddy bear her father bought her. So Sayuri snuck out of the place she was staying at and returned home. Sayuri explored her home afraid and she went room to room and while looking around in her grandfather's room Sayuri found a leather black diary hidden in their secret spot under the floor-bord. Sayuri read the book and learned that it was a book on her family history dating back to her ancestor.
Sayuri learnt everything starting with the fact that her ancestor was the legendary Hua Mulan the hero of China. Sayuri read learned that after the war her ancestor became the first shape-shifter of her family. Becoming one from the rage and pain of losing her family to the Jiangshi. Sayuri read the the diary learning that her ancestor slayed the Jiangshi as a shape-shifter. After regaining her human form Sayuri's ancestor came across the Jiangshi's mate and the two fought, Sayuri's ancestor emerged victorious and Jiangshi fled vowing revenge, she vowed that once she killed Mulan, that she would return and kill her & all her decedents.
After reading that Sayuri heard a noise, she stood up and when she turned around she was backhanded. The backhand had such force it knocked her to the wall leaving her to fall on the floor, she was wounded so bad she coughed out blood.
The female who attacked Sayuri spoke to her & Sayuri learnt the female before her was the one who plagued her ancestor & murdered her family. Sayuri snapped and in a fit of rage & pain Sayuri became a shape-shifter just like her ancestor. Sayuri fought her the Jiangsh in a state of rage and emerged victorious. She had freed her family from the plague of death, Sayuri regained enough of her mind to return to human form.
She was suprised to see how much she had grown and looked like her mother, she threw parts of the Jiangsh into the fireplace & set the demon on fire. While she stood and watched the Jiangsh burn to ashes Sayuri decided she did not want to return to an empty life. She got changed into some of her mother's clothing from her wardrobe and grabbed her old backpack where she packed her grandfather's history book, the teddy bear her father gave her & a family photo taken with her family. Sayuri knew that if the police returned to her home they would find her blood on the ground of her grandfather's room and assumed that when she returned home that she was murdered too by the same killer. Sayuri left in the middle of the night and managed to sneak onto a cargo ship not knowing where she is going, The boat eventually arrived at Seattle, Sayuri spent two years on the streets survivng against the odds until one day she was attacked by a low level guard from the Voltori.
The vampire tried to Kill Sayuri, & almost did she managed to survive by phasing into a tiger The vampire was so sock it did not have time to defend itself from Sayuri's claws & Teeth she slayed the vampire and set its remains on fire in a dumpster. After killing the vampire Sayuri took her things and phased into tiger form and ran far far away eventually making it to the forest of La Push where she now lives in the wild.
