personality: Jessie is a complex individual, when he is working he is head strong and fierce he look after the victims and demands justice, he is rash and bold. He has a terrible temper too and finds it difficult to control, the reason is he is deeply empathetic with the victims and he lets them in unlike most who don't form attachments it is a great asset for him, but at times it also comes back to haunt him.
Outside of work Jessie is a shy and quiet guy, he spends a lot of time alone enjoying the quiet, Jessie can also be quiet hormonal as well and quiet a flirt with all the guys he can be very promiscuous all he craves is someone to love him for who he is, Jessie is very protective of his sister Alexis he cares for her deeply and wish to protect her, he does find it frustrating when she pulls the FBI card over him. He also tends to avoid his parents as much as possible, not answering their phonecalls or email just because he wants his space. He is not above ignoring his sister's calls either, but rarely does it.
Jessie spends a lot of his free time teaching martial arts to the underprivledged kids at the youth center to help keep kids on the good end of the law acting as a mentory, when not working he also participates in underground fight clubs using an alias known as the white ninja. Jessie loves testing out his combat skills his main passion is martial arts, when he fights he is unusally stronger than normal fueled by determination and confidence he wont stop until he wins no mater how exhausted or how much he is in pain.
detailed history:
Jessie's life started in Melbourne Australia, his mother worked as a police dispatch agent, while Jessie's fathr worked as a police officer special task force. Jessie hated coming from a police family, he hated the thought that every day with his mom or father could be it's last. Jessie would constantly get distracted with thoughts of losing his family which in result caused him to get poorer grades as he was distracted & bullied by kids because he kept messing up.
Jessie's parents enrolled him into Martial arts at the age of 10, it was there Jessie found his passion learning to defend himself to fight. Jessie trained into martial arts, after graduating from highschool Jessie moved to New York City and studied law & Law Enforcment at the university
At the age of 19 Jessie joined the rank of NYPD he had no intentions of going any higher he resumed martial arts and had found balence in his life he had tried to apply for a job as FBI, but failed the exam and decided it wasn't meant to be. Jessie's life resumed being normal until one day he got himself caught up as a hostage in a bank robbery.
Jessie was off duty and weaponless, but he still did his best to stop the robbers which resulted in him getting shot. Jessie survived the incident, but was extremely shaken up. He quit his job and used up his savings to move to China where Jessie spent three years studying martial arts and improving his skills.
Jessie cut off all ties with his family as he embraced himself, Jessie eventually met a guy named James who was also studying Chinese kenpo, Jessie & James formed a rivalry, but that soon ended when Jessie realized he was in love with James. When he told James the truth James professed his feelings and the two started dating. The relationship did not last long when Jessie caught james in bed with another guy.
After their break up Jessie went back to New York City he got his old job back and after a year Jessie was promoted to detective and was placed in the Special victims unit.
Jessie spent the next year getting used to his life helping out the victims of sexual assults and helping them get Justice, eventually Jessie called Alexis and figured he would let her know whats been going on the last few years and found out his sister is an FBI agent.
