personality: Much the loner type, very little is known about this tall blond vampire other than his skill. He would rather sit quietly and read than do anything else, unless of course he is sent out on a job. He has a thrill for the kill and will gladly kill anyone; no reason even needs to be supplied.
He is always serious, he hardly laughs or even smiles unless his kill requires him to be friendly to get close enough to kill. Though occasionally he has been known to crack a small smile for those that amuse him it is rare. He takes every aspect of his work seriously, doing it in as little time as possible, though sometimes he has been known to torture his victims a little first, which makes him smiled widely.
detailed history: Born in Belovo Russia, Andrei and his family were known to move around a lot so he never got to enjoy his home town. At the age of 13 he was meant to become a warrior and he did so with honor, quickly becoming a top notch fighter amongst the men. He soon excelled to the top and led a legion of his own. However one day during his travels his men were defeated, all except him in two others, though he was left severely injured from the fight. His men made a camp fire so they could wait until morning to continue onward.
Late in the night the men were attacked by a creature with extreme speed and immense strength. He killed the two warriors but spared the leader of the group, claiming he had seen him fight and he wanted Andrei to join his coven. He was told her his life would be forever and he would never have to worry about pain of any sort. Andrei agreed and was bitten by the strange man whose name he never learned. For three days Andrei waited in agony for his transformation to be complete and upon his change he found himself to be in a cave with the man by his side. Out of anger over the pain he grabbed the man by the neck and tore him to pieces and set his body on fire to hide his deed.
The next century found Andrei searching for something to do. He spent his time tracking, torturing and killing but he found no reason to do so other than to watch people in pain. Even though this was pleasing for him he still wanted a reason to do so, he had been so used to following orders from someone and he wanted to do so again. He spent many years honing his tracking abilities and he perfected them to a tee.
One day while on a kill he was approached by a young looking man, a vampire like himself, he offered him the protection of the Volturi but what mainly got Andrei was that he would have a purpose to his kills. He joined without hesitation and has found his place among the Volturi ranks. He had been a member for centuries and is only loyal to Aro, Marcus, and Caius. He frequently goes out of jobs and that is all he has done since he joined them.
