Volterra the city that never sleeps, well being the heads of the vampire nation reside here being the Volturi among the humans off this small town they are unaware of what goes on in the Volterra castle, that’s stands in all of his glory in the centre of town. Each year the humans would throw a street fair where they would entrain each over and put on shows for each over, the Volturi never took much notice but this time Aro wanted his Young Daughter to see the Volterra style first hand so he decided to take her out for the day to the fair.
This would be the first time she would have been out in public well at least during the day now she is a vampire and needs to drink human blood to live. Saying that other vampires tend to attend the fair just to stalk and find there next Target, but as everyone knows no one may hunt or feed in the town where the Volturi reside so the humans here safe well at least the ones in Volterra where.
Aro stepped out of castle doors and began to make his way towards the Fair his daughter beside him, other vampires where surprised that Aro had taken her as his own Daughter being she was an immortal child, but they didn’t know the promise he had made to her human father he wanted to see how she would Retract to humans this would be some bonding time for the young vampire and her father who took some time out of his duties to be with his daughter.
“Come my Daughter lets go see the fair in all of its glory and see how the humans have no clue just what is locked away deep within are castle, if they ever found out it would be a blood bath and an all you can bite time, so lets go my daughter feel free to look around just remember what the rules are about being in public.”

Sarafina sat quietly in her room, she was as quiet as a church mouse could be. Afterall from a poor farmgirl to a being a girl in a castle was quiet a big change especially for someone who has a past like her. But that was what Sarafina was trying to forget the most, she had a new family, a new father who gave her the life she had, and the mother who took her in and treated her as if she were her own. Infact they both took her in her in like one of their own, and Sarafina couldn't be more thankful for what they had done to her.
Sarafina heard sound of her father's voice behind her, she turned her head a small smile came to her lips as she looked at her father who seemed to have something on his mind. She followed her father from the safety of the castle to grounds, Sarafina couldn't remember the last time she want to something like this, the thing was no human knew what the great castle hid in it's walls.
She stood by her father as she continued to look at the people around at the Fair, she turned to her father as he spoke to her, about how it was time to enjoy herself "Thank you father."She said a smile on her face, she then started to walk through the crowds of people who seem to take a few glances at her then look away, after all seeing a figure in black wasn't something to common around here.

Aro’s daughter was right correct people in black cloaks was not site you would often see around Volterra, but due to the amount of monks and priests no one would ask any questions for all they know they where monks here to enjoy the fair and all that it has to offer, Aro was little worried for Sarafina as she was still new to all this and even if she been living with Aro for god knows how long, she would still be a prime target for anyone who knew what she really was and who her father was. She could be used later down the line by someone.
Aro carried on walking along the stone path taking note of what was going on around him this fare was very close to the castle which made him uneasy at the best of times, but if anything did happen the Volturi have a second castle which could be used if the need ever arisen. Aro paused for a moment as two more Volturi guard appeared behind him. “You two keep an eye on my daughter if anything happens to her you wont live to see the next night is that understood.” The guards gave a quick nod before catching up with Sarafina.
Aro him self carried on once again stopping to look at the stalls that where selling food and some odd looking art pieces which peaked Aro interest they where all cheep knock offs, but one piece caught is eye was a small pendent that looked like it was from the roman Era. This would be a great gift to buy and give to Sarafina, so he begins to look closer at it well he decides if he wants to buy it.

There was one thing Sarafina would never be able to do her entire immortal life, and that was how she was going to thank him for saving her life. She remembered how Aro found her half dead from her journey trying to find him, except he found her. Ever since she has been living a life that was quiet a change for her, from a poor farm girl to living to a castle in Volterra, Italy with a family that has been living for ages. Hearing hearing her father footsteps faint, she turned her head seeing him talk to two Volturi guards, she already knew what her father said by their eagerness to catch up to her. She looked at the stands that were selling food from antiques and antiques from animals it was pretty intresting to see what people would sell after 300 hundred years. Sarafina looked at the guards who were standing a few feet from her acting like they were occupying themselves with artifacts but were actually watching her, Sarafina nodded to them. The resumed walking around the fair, then she saw her father looking at something she decided not to bother him, then she walked to a stand where they were selling rings, not just cheap rings, actuall silver rings she knew that her father would enjoy one of these rings. Unlike her father, Sarafina didn't know how vulnerable she was, then again unlike others here in the Volturi family she was probably the youngest one in the Volturi family. Sarafina looked at a ring that had the head of a lion engraved on it, she pondered wondering if her father would like it.

Such little trinkets they hold no value what so ever at least to Aro he has seen kingdoms rise and fall even helped in some aspects but that was never known to the public. Many kings and queens have Aro to thank for complete power over their subjects they had, so you could say the Volturi have always been hidden in the shadows pulling the strings and making sure the world of vampires and humans were unaware of each over and that is how it should remain. If the different species found out about each over the world would find its self on the brink of new world war one that the humans would surely lose.
Aro paused for a moment and then decided to buy the pendent for his daughter he could see from looking back at her she was enjoying herself at the fair, this only ever happened once a year and for the first time Aro was out looking around at the same time as keeping an eye on his town and his young daughter. If Sarafina’s father was still alive today would he be happy that she is now a vampire or would he hate Aro for turning her, no one will ever know due to her dad by this time is nothing more but dust
“I’ll take this pendent and please place it in a small blue box,” The street seller nodded and began to follow the commands of Aro as he was doing so Aro got out a small handful of what humans call money and gave it to the seller before walking away to catch up with his Daughter. The fact he was hooded made them all stand out but no one did anything being if he wanted to everyone here would be dead in a matter of moments.
