Jackson Cullen wandered the huge city of Ports with curious eyes, a song on the tip of his tongue that he was just dying to sing. Still he kept quiet for now, watching the snow fall around him with a bright smile. Jack wore a bright green jacket and hat, though the cold didn't affect him he couldn't exactly walk around in just a t-shirt and jeans. Humans would most likely find that strange – or so his new mom Brooke Knight Cullen told him. Jackson listened to the sound of snow crunching beneath his boots, watching the children make snow angels and snow men. There was so much to do in the snow it seemed! He even saw a couple of humans throwing balls of the cold snow at each other. At first he'd thought the humans were being cruel to each other, but soon he realized that it was just another game. He watched a few younger human kids chasing each other around the streets, flinging snowballs at each other, their laughter ringing in the air. Jackson giggled lightly, watching for a moment longer before continuing on his walk.
Every house he saw had lights shining on every corner. It was beautiful outside, the way the lights reflected off the snow. Snowflakes showed in any of Jackson's hair that showed from his hat. He wished that it could be like this all year, instead of always raining it'd be always snowing. Plus, Christmas was around the corner. Jackson was already brainstorming on gift for Brooke. He was so excited! Christmas was one of his favorite times of the year, that and the wonderful Halloween as well. As he walked Jackson found himself humming Christmas songs, a light skip to his step. Gradually the humming grew into a soft singing. "Dashing through the snow, in a one horse open sleigh," he sang, laughing as he did so. What was it with Christmas that got everyone in such a good mood? "O'er the hills we go, laughing all the way! Ha ha ha!" He was a fairly good singer, seeing as how both of his parents were as well.
He continued singing the song, when all of a sudden an unfamiliar scent crossed him. It was another hybrid scent, thought it wasn't one he recognized. His brow furrowed slightly and he looked around. And there she was. It was little blond girl, with exact same smell like Jackson. Curiously, Jackson tried to walk over to her but slipped on a smooth floor. He busted on his butt. He tried to get up again but fall face down on his chest. Jackson was starting to get pissed off. He was until Brooke put him out of the ice skating rink with ease. She explained to him he needed special blades to go on the ice. Few minutes later, Jackson was wearing ice-skating blades. He made his way on the ice but the blade didn’t seem to help at all! He continues to keep slipping and sliding down on his butt. He was becoming frustrated with this whole shit!
