"Sorry." Edward shook his head no at her. That this was not her fault. It was his. He could've and should've tried to save her parents. But when they came close to Ana for the kill, when he would not, then he stood his ground and fought to save her life. "Ana....Don't be sorry for vampires. Especially ones that killed your family...Especially me for not trying to save them....It's not your fault. You have every right to be afraid. We're vampires...Nothing more nothing less. But, I'm not like them. I'm not like the ones that killed your family...I'm glad you see that now..." He said as he hugged her close to his chest. There was something he always liked about being a veggie vampire...He could hug his sister....And not worry any more if he was going to loose control over her.
It was indeed a quiet night with the only two Cullens in the house...He hugged on to his sister like he was so scared that she would one day see the truth and and be scared of him...He rubbed his hand on the back of her head then to try and ease her mind of that horrible dream she just had. And he placed his chin on top of her head and sighed as he closed his golden brown eyes then.....This was what he loved more than any thing....Family...Being here with his sister calmed his angry spirit. She made him realize that they still loved him deeply despite the fact that he was a Volturi....He didn't want to leave again...He wanted to stay with his family more. But he knew it would be a matter of time when Aro would call him back....And he would have to leave without question...."I'm not going to let any thing or anyone hurt you I promise...." He said silently....
